Join stArt for the annual Fall alumni programming! This fall, stArt is excited to welcome back former stArt Gallery manager and WFU Fellow Brittany Forniotis (’15) as our distinguished alum from WFU Art History. Brittany is currently a PhD Candidate in Art History at Duke University.

Brittany will be taking part in a series of stArt events:

• Tuesday, October 25
  • Art Talk Presentation with Brittany @ 5pm in Hanes Gallery

• Wednesday, October 26
  • Meet & Greet “Office Hours” with Brittany @ 11:30am – 1pm in Scales Lower Lobby.
    • This is an opportunity for students and faculty / staff to drop by the Scales Lobby for Coffee and Pastries and chat with Brittany about life after Wake, and her career and education trajectory. This is an especially great opportunity for students interested in further education post-WFU to meet a creative alum and peer-mentor with experience in higher research in the humanities.

• Joint stArt Reception with Emma Martin (’23) @ 4-6pm in stArt Gallery.
  • Celebrate Brittany and the opening of Emma’s exhibition “Movimento Stoico”
