Kelly Murdoch-Kitt (’01) & Jim Argenta (’01)

Come celebrate Studio Art alumni, Kelly Murdoch-Kitt and Jim Argenta, as they share what design means to them in their careers in architecture, graphic design, and design education. Project examples and highlights of their design process underscore design’s fundamental nature as a collaborative, human-centered and visionary process.

Jim and Kelly graduated from Wake Forest University in 2001, with Bachelor degrees in Studio Art and minors in Biology and Theater, respectively. They continued to attend graduate school at North Carolina State University’s College of Design. Kelly earned a Masters of Graphic Design and Jim earned a Masters of Architecture.

Currently, Kelly and Jim reside in Rochester, NY. Jim works as a project architect for HBT Architects and Kelly serves as an Assistant Professor of User Experience and Interaction Design at Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Design.
